LOCATION
We are situated in the middle of Ardfern, approximately
one and a half miles off the A816.
Ardfern is 25 miles south of Oban and 16 miles north
of Lochgilphead.
The house is built on level ground with ample off road
car parking.
Argyll is outdoor activity country, and Ardfern is a
great centre for sailing, sea kayaking, walking, mountain
biking and horse riding from the local stables.
Cruises operate out of Ardfern to the famous Dorus Mor tidal race and Gulf of Corryvrecken, whilst keeping a watchful eye out for dolphin, porpoise, seals, minkie whale and white tailed eagle nesting on the shore of Jura.
Fascinating archaeological sites, castles, the Crinan
canal and gardens are within a short distance from
the village and stunning scenery beckons the photographer
and artist.
